Industrial-grade Cabinet Design
The cabinet adopts industrial sheet metal structure with independently isolated compartments. It is compatible with high-capacity dedicated lithium batteries for AGVs, allowing multiple batteries to be stored and charged simultaneously. Featuring dustproof and moistureproof performance, it adapts to harsh working conditions in workshops.
Intelligent & Safe Charging System
Each compartment is independently controlled. The system automatically identifies battery voltage and matches charging parameters to realize constant current and constant voltage charging with auto-stop upon full charge. It is equipped with multi-level protection against overheating, overcurrent, short circuit and electric leakage, as well as flame retardant and explosion-proof functions, eliminating potential safety hazards of centralized industrial charging.
Unmanned Self-service Battery Swap
Batteries can be accessed via card swiping, QR code scanning or authorized password. Operators can complete battery swap within seconds. AGVs are no longer required to stop for charging, enabling continuous cyclic operation and greatly improving production efficiency.
Full Lifecycle Battery Management
Equipped with a cloud-based intelligent platform, the system monitors real-time battery level, temperature, charging cycles, health status and fault records. It supports data traceability, abnormal alarms, compartment status recognition and automatic report generation, realizing digitalized battery management.
